8 am – 5 pm Complex, Complicated, and Contextual: An Overview of Contemporary Police Leadership Matters – 8 hours
Instructor: POAG Executive Director John B. Edwards
The course provides the architecture to build a comprehensive leadership understanding in the context of contemporary policing roles and responsibilities. Ten (10) areas are identified as the scaffolding to develop a comprehensive repertoire as a foundation to orchestrate the most effective balance of management with leadership. This course incorporates empirical research into the practical applications of the workplace.
