Jimmy Waters Scholarship Application

Jimmy Waters Scholarship Fund

Criteria for Application
• Applicant must be child or grandchild of active, retired or deceased POAG member.
• Applicant must be a fulltime college student (12 or more semester hours).
• Applicant must have completed at least one year of college.(Two semesters)
• Application must have a need for financial assistance.
• Application must be in POAG office by June 15.
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • example: 1999-2012
  • List name of college or university
  • List university or college
  • List any service organizations, clubs, etc to which you belonged in high school and college, as well as any honors or awards received.
  • Please state why you are applying for the scholarship and why you think you should be chosen as this year's recipient.
  • I do hereby certify and affirm that all information provided herein is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and permission is hereby given to the POAG to verify same.
