GACP Qualified Immunity PSA

Over the last year, there was a large amount of inaccurate and negative rhetoric regarding officers’ use of qualified immunity. Recognizing the public’s lack of understanding and the importance of qualified immunity for police, Chief Janet Moon established a goal, as GACP President, to create and post a public service announcement (PSA). Georgia Attorney General Christopher M. Carr and Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Vic Reynolds graciously offered their expertise on the topic.
